Custom-Made Products
Please note that our soundproof windows are custom-made to specific measurements for each customer's property. Due to the bespoke nature of our products:
- All measurements and specifications are confirmed with the customer before manufacturing
- Products are manufactured specifically for each installation location
- Standard return policies for off-the-shelf products do not apply
Cancellation Policy
Before Manufacturing
If you wish to cancel your order before manufacturing has commenced, you may do so by contacting us in writing. Cancellation requests made before manufacturing begins may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative and design costs already incurred.
During Manufacturing
If manufacturing has already begun, cancellation may not be possible, or significant charges may apply. We will assess each situation individually and work with you to find the best solution.
After Installation
Once installation is complete, cancellation is not possible as the products have been custom-fitted to your property.
Warranty Coverage
All our soundproof windows come with comprehensive warranties covering:

Warranty Claims
If you experience any issues covered under warranty, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Arrange an inspection to assess the issue
- Determine if the problem is covered under warranty
- Provide repair or replacement as appropriate
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards
Warranty coverage does not apply to:

- Normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period

Defective Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a product with manufacturing defects or that does not meet specifications:

- Cover all costs associated with remedial work if the issue is due to our workmanship
